Yoga and Wellness
I’ve practiced yoga for many years on my own and have found a deep sense of well-being both physically and mentally following a solid practice. This led me to obtain my 200hr Yoga certification in spring of 2022 through a program called Breath For Change. I believe that yoga is a practice for all bodies and am passionate about bringing yoga to people of all ages, in an inclusive and trauma informed manner.
